By accessing or using the services of Permian AI Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Permian AI Consulting provides AI automation services for roofing contractors, including AI voice agents, automated SMS appointment and inquiry notifications, appointment scheduling, CRM integration, and inquiry management systems.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website form, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Permian AI Consulting. These messages may include appointment notifications, customer inquiry confirmations, service updates, and account notifications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on inquiry volume and account activity.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message.
Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact permainaiconsulting@proton.me.
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent data with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties.
Consent Not Required: Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of receiving our services.
Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Permian AI Consulting is not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
A one-time setup fee of $497 is due prior to system build. Monthly service fees of $797 are billed in advance on your subscription anniversary date. Service may be suspended after a 7-day grace period for non-payment. No refunds for partial months of service already rendered. Setup fees are refundable within 30 days if your AI agent is not live within the agreed timeframe.
Permian AI Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for violations of these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We use collected information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, send SMS and email communications you have consented to, deliver customer inquiry notifications and appointment updates to partner contractors, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
We collect your mobile phone number to send SMS messages only when you have provided express written consent by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website form. Consent is never pre-checked and is never required as a condition of receiving our services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance or contact permainaiconsulting@proton.me.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with service providers assisting in delivering our services (bound by confidentiality), law enforcement when required by law, or with your explicit consent.
