Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the subscription anniversary date. We reserve the right to suspend service after a 7-day grace period for non-payment. No refunds are issued for partial months of service already rendered.

Permian AI Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services or submitting your information, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
Permian AI Consulting is not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our AI voice agent will capture every customer inquiry or that inquiry quality will meet specific expectations.
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of our systems.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Eddy County, New Mexico or appropriate Texas jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
